“The name of O’Duibne or Clan Duibne applied to the clan is corroborated by a charter of 1368 in which King David II. grants certain lands in Argyll to Archibald Campbell (No. 5) as freely as Duncan Mac Duine, progenitor of the said Archibald, held them. The Scots Peerage carries on the story from documentary evidence.” – George Harvey Johnston – The Heraldry of the Campbells, Vol. 1 pp. 15

        Otherwise: Lochow, Lochawe
