  • Notes
    • Bruce Campbell writes: Duncan married Harriet Young and they had 6 children as well. He was left an inheritance which he seemed to have parlayed into owning plantations in Granada, Tobago and Jamaica retiring in later years to a comfortable life style in New Bedford, London. Their 2nd son (4th child) built the estate house at Ardanaiseig, Scotland now an exclusive Scottish Hotel and their 3rd son (5th child), Major Thomas Edmund Campbell CB built the Manoir House at St. Hilaire, Quebec.(CCSNA, AGM 2001) .
