Gilbert Campbell, of Wester Denhead, c. at Alyth on 24 February, 1625, and obtained the lands of Tullymurdoch which he disponed to John Robertson of Wester Bleaton on 4 May, 1668, in which he is styled as son of the late Gilbert Campbell of Keithock. He obtained the lands of Wester Denhead, attained the rank of Major in the army and m. to Jean, sister of James Haliburton, of Pitcur, (c/m 12 November, 1660). He d. in 1682
