  David Campbell, of Wester Denhead and 8th of Keithock, bap. at Kettins on 12 September, 1669, acted as executor to his father on his death in 1682 and whom he succeeded in the lands of Wester Denhead. He was retoured heir to his cousin David Campbell of Keithock, in the lands of Keithock on 22 February, 1696, to his father on 29 July, 1702, and to his grandfather on 6 July, 1703. He m. to Margaret, daughter of David Ogilvy, of Pettie, d. in July of 1741
