  From the "History of the Counties of Ayr and Wigtown" by James Paterson, vol 1--Kyle, Edinburgh: 1863 Margaret CAMPBELL, only child of John & Anna KENNEDY CAMPBELL, married a MCGILL and died without issue. Upon the death of Margaret CAMPBELL MCGILL around 1800, the land was sold to Mr. ALEXANDER of Ballochmyle. The Kinzeancleuche line was believed to be extinct by Paterson at the writing of his book.
