- John Campbell, younger of Edinample, m. by 1 May, 1700, to Mary, only child and heiress of Duncan MacCorquodale, of Phantilands, when she granted a Disposition that on the death of her father she would have herself served his heir in the lands of Phantilands and thereafter grant them to John, Earl of Breadalbane. He was charged with riot for having assembled an armed band of men and freed his father from Crieff Tolbooth on Monday 28 August, 1710, and stated in 1711 that he was "going to carry a muskit in Flanders."
